ZEN37 Wall Remote Manual Wake-Up Process

So you made a change to the advanced settings, but they haven't taken effect or your hub shows a pending change? You may need to wake your ZEN37 Wall Remote manually!

All battery powered devices are normally sleeping, to conserve battery. 

 

You will need to wake the Wall Remote after changing any advanced settings or assigning any new scenes or actions to it.

 

To manually wake the ZEN37:

  • Click the lower left button 6 times as quickly as possible to wake the device up.
  • The LED indicator will stay on solid blue during wake-up and will turn off when the device turns the Z-Wave radio off again.
