Can I Change the Brightness Level for the Double Tap Function on My ZEN27 Dimmer?

You can adjust maximum brightness via double-tap if your Z-Wave hub allows access to advanced settings and parameter input. 

Using Parameter 12 of the device's advanced options, you can choose if you want your dimmer to turn on to full brightness (100%, which is the default setting) or a custom maximum brightness once you double-tap the upper paddle. 

And to customize maximum brightness, refer to Parameter 11. This means that you won't be able to add brightness beyond the set value (so that if Parameter 12 is set to 0, Parameter 11 is automatically disabled).
