Ramp Rate Control
Parameter 9: Adjust the physical ramp rate for your dimmer (fade-in / fade-out effect for on / off operation). Values correspond to the number of seconds it take for the dimmer to reach full brightness or turn off when operated manually. This setting is for physical taps only, see parameter 17 to adjust Z-Wave ramp rate.
Values: 1 – 99 (seconds). 0 – instant on/off. Default: 1.
Size: 1 byte dec
Parameter 17: Choose if you want to set the Z-Wave ramp rate independently of the physical ramp rate (using an appropriate command in your hub) or if you want them to match.
Values: 0 – Z-Wave ramp rate matches the physical ramp rate set in parameter 9 (default); 1 – Z-Wave ramp rate is set independently using appropriate Z-Wave commands.
Size: 1 byte dec
Minimum and Maximum Brightness
Parameter 10: Set the minimum brightness level (in %) for your dimmer. You won’t be able to dim the light below the set value.
Values: 1 – 99 (%). Default: 1.
Size: 1 byte dec
Parameter 11: Set the maximum brightness level (in %) for your dimmer. You won’t be able to add brightness to the light beyond the set value. Note: if Parameter 12 is set to value 0, Parameter 11 is automatically disabled.
Values: 1 – 99 (%). Default: 99.
Size: 1 byte dec
Double Tap Function
Parameter 12: Choose if you want the dimmer to turn on to full brightness or custom brightness level after you double-tap the upper paddle.
Values: 0 – the light will turn on to full brightness with double tap (default). 1 – the light will turn on to the maximum brightness level set in Parameter 11 with double tap.
Size: 1 byte dec
Parameter 14: Enable or disable the double tap function and assign brightness level to single tap.
Values: 0 – double tap to full / maximum brightness level enabled (default). 1 – double tap to full / maximum brightness level disabled, single tap turns light on to last brightness level. 2 – double tap to full / maximum brightness level disabled, single tap turns light on to full / maximum brightness level.
Size: 1 byte dec
Enable/Disable Scene Control
Parameter 13: Enable or disable scene control functionality for quick double tap triggers.
Values: 0 – scene control disabled (default). 1 – scene control enabled.
Size: 1 byte dec
Smart Bulb Mode: Enable/Disable Paddle / Z-Wave Control
Parameter 15: Enable or disable local on/off control. If enabled, you’ll only be able to control the connected light via Z-Wave. Scenes and other functionality will still be available through paddles.
Values: 0 – physical paddle control disabled. 1 – physical paddle control enabled (default). 2 – physical paddle and Z-Wave control disabled. NOTE: tap the upper paddle 10 times quickly to change this mode.

Disable Programming From the Paddle
Parameter 24: Enable or disable programming functionality on the dimmer paddles. If this setting is disabled, then inclusion, exclusion, smart bulb mode no longer work when dimmer paddles are activated (factory reset and scene control will still work) - that means you can now use triple-tap triggers on the dimmer for scenes and remote control of other devices.
Values: 0 – programming function from paddle enabled (switch will behave according to locally button press below); 1 – programming function from paddle disabled (switch will NOT perform the following locally press functions: 2) exclusion, inclusion, 3) change LED indicator mode. Switch will still perform functions 1) on/off, 4) factory reset, 5) range test tool and central scene triggers (if central scene enabled). Default: 0.
