This is product is discontinued and does not have a replacement yet. New product in development. What does that mean?
You've wired up your RGBW Dimmer and find that it's not working quite right.
If using your RGBW Dimmer with an on/off switch or momentary switch, you should be able to control the connected lights successfully directly from the switch. If your dimmer is not connected to a switch, you should be able to control it from your Z-Wave hub. Either way, upon powering up the unit, the dimmer's LED indicator will light up for a few seconds to confirm it's powered. The LED will then turn off after a few seconds. If you've installed your RGBW Dimmer but the LED indicator hasn't lit up and you're unable to control it from the switch or hub, review the diagrams in the manual. If you're unable to locate the source of the problem, take some pictures the switch box and wiring according to the angle and instructions shown here. Then, send us the images so we can have a look and see if we can make any recommendations.
Also, check that the dimmer is connected to a compatible loads. The unit should really only be connected to 12-24V DC LED strips and fixtures. Here's more about this.
If you need more assistance with the troubleshooting process or suspect that the type of load you've connected has damaged the RGBW Dimmer, let us know!
