In order for the 800 series ZEN30 Double Switch to be properly configured and controlled from Hubitat, you will need to install this custom driver.
Here's how to do that:

Open Hubitat in your browser.

Click on Drivers Code in the side menu.

In the top right corner, click on "+New Driver" and copy the code from the following link, then paste the code in your Hubitat Drivers Code.

Click Save in the top right corner.

You'll see a Zooz ZEN30 Double Switch driver in your Drivers Code list now.

Assign the driver to the device by opening to the main (ZEN30 Dimmer) device view and selecting the Zooz ZEN30 Double Switch from the drop-down menu under Device Type.

Click Update Device.

IMPORTANT: Please go to the parent device and click configure and then wait for syncing to be completed. It will change to sync on the right upper side. Then test the relay child device.
You'll now see more settings under Preferences, including access to direct association.
