Recommended Accessories for Your ZEN76 On/Off Switch

Looking for the right accessories for your ZEN76 On/Off switches?

Our ZEN76 switch will best match Leviton white wall plates, if you're looking to buy new plates or want to make sure the switch will match your existing ones. Look for them in your local hardware store.

For installations with more than 1 switch (3-or more-ways), Leviton white on / off switches are a great addition to have your ZEN76 in the same shade as your mechanical on / off switches. Please don't wire the ZEN76 to any add-on switches for 3-or more-way locations, as the ZEN76 has to be wired to mechanical on/off 3-way switches at the other end of the installation.

Looking for additional colors? The ZEN76 offers replacement paddles in Almond, Brown, and even Black! The paddles are removable and replaceable; ensure you watch the replacement video to avoid damage to the switch during replacement.

Before you begin, prepare! Ensure you read the instructions included with your ZEN76 and gather the tools you'll need before beginning. A neutral jumper needed in most installs is included in the box with your ZEN76 switch, but if additional wire or wire nuts are needed to complete the installation, please use 14 AWG, as used in most standard 120 V installations. Other basic electrical tools you may need on hand for the installation include a voltage meter and electrical pliers.

Important: Before installing the switch, make sure the ZEN76 is suitable for the location. The maximum loads for the ZEN76 are 8 A, 150 W for LED, or 600 W for incandescent. The ZEN76 switch should never be connected to a mixed load of incandescent and LED bulbs and is not rated to control a receptacle. Wondering what can and can't be connected to your switch? Prior to installation:

Use the appropriate wiring diagram! We have wiring diagrams for various installations. Wiring diagrams for single pole installations can be found under the ZEN76's product page, and diagrams for 3-or more-way installation are located right here in our Knowledge Base.
Check your wires! Your ZEN76 can have different wiring than your existing switch or another Zooz model. For example, installation of a ZEN76 uses a different diagram than a ZEN71. Refer to our helpful guide to properly identify your wiring before installing.
Connect the neutral. Your ZEN76, like all Zooz switches, needs a neutral wire to be installed. If you're not sure whether you have neutral in the box, reach out to us!
Ask a professional. Do not install the switch yourself if you're not comfortable with an electrical installation. Please hire a licensed professional to help with the installation if you are not familiar.
