Start by wiring up your ZEN16 Multirelay, then you're ready to include it to your Z-Wave system!

Referred to as pairing or adding, inclusion is how you connect your ZEN16 to your Z-Wave system.

Here are the steps for including your ZEN16 Multirelay: 

1. Make sure that the unit is powered by a proper 12-24 V or USB C power supply.
2. Put your hub into inclusion/pairing mode in your app's interface (each hub is different, so refer to the hub's manual if you're unsure about the process)
3. Click the Z-Wave button on the device 3 times very quickly (LED indicator will start flashing)
4. Your Z-Wave system should confirm the device was successfully added.

* If you’re using an S2 hub, it will ask you to enter the DSK PIN or scan the QR code printed on the device.

If you're having trouble including your device, the first thing you should try is excluding the unit and then trying inclusion again.
