The ZEN73 Toggle Switch will be recognized by the hub out of the box, no need for any custom drivers, as it is fully integrated with the Z-Box Hub. Follow the steps below to add the switch to your system.
We recommend using the WEB UI when adding Z-Wave devices to your Z-Box Hub, but for your convenience, we have included the instructions for the mobile app as well, just scroll down to access them.
ADD THE ZEN73 SWITCH FROM THE WEB UI:
1. Open your Z-Box web interface in the Internet browser and select Settings (the gear icon) from the sidebar navigation menu.
2. The screen will display all of your existing devices.
3. Click on the + Add device blue button in the top right corner.
4. Select Z-Wave Device in the next screen.
5. Make sure you can physically access your ZEN73 switch and click Start on the screen.
6. While the hub is in inclusion mode, toggle the switch up 3 times as quickly as possible. The LED indicator will start blinking. It may take a few minutes for the device to add and configure so please wait patiently and don't exit the screen.
7. Once the device is found, you'll be able to rename it and assign it to its room. The ZEN73 switch will create one device for on/off operation and one remote control device for scene control (multi-tap) programming. Click Next and then Finish once you rename and organize all of the newly created devices.
ADD THE ZEN73 SWITCH FROM THE Z-BOX MOBILE APP:
1. Open the Z-Box Hub app on your mobile device.
2. Click More in the bottom navigation menu.
3. Click on + Add Devices.
4. Select the Z-Wave Protocol.
5. Make sure you can physically access your ZEN73 switch and click Start on the screen.

* If you’re using an S2 hub, it will ask you to enter the DSK PIN or scan the QR code printed on the metal faceplate of the switch to complete SmartStart inclusion.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
If your switch is not found on the Z-Box Hub, you may need to reset it first. We recommend performing the reset using your hub and the exclusion option (it works even if the device has never been added to your hub before):
1. Open your Z-Box web interface in the Internet browser and select Settings (the gear icon) from the sidebar navigation menu. A list of your existing devices will appear.
2. Click the red - Remove device button in the top right corner.
3. Select Z-Wave Device in the next screen.
4. Make sure you can physically access your ZEN73 switch and click Start on the screen.
5. Toggle the switch down 3 times as quickly as possible. The LED indicator will start blinking and the Z-Box Hub will display a "Device removed" message.
If the LED indicator on the switch isn't blinking, make sure that the device turns on the light from the paddles. If it works well physically from the paddles, try a factory reset and then follow the inclusion steps above.
