How to Access Advanced Settings for My ZEN31 RGBW Dimmer on SmartThings

Looking to include and control the ZEN31 from SmartThings? While we will not be providing a custom Edge driver for this device, there is a community driver available, which can be accessed through this link: https://api.smartthings.com/invitation-web/accept?id=6b68563b-1905-4654-8d2b-e677a2997424. You'll want to install the "Z-Wave Bulb Mc" driver from the list.

You can also simply include the device and SmartThings will recognize it and assign the Z-Wave Switch driver, as shown below:

 

To change any settings in the app: once the device is included to your SmartThings network and running the Z-Wave Switch driver, click on the ZEN31 in your app and tap the 3 dots in the top right corner of the appThen tap Settings. There you'll be able to customize your device.

 

The ZEN31 will display as 10 separate device tiles, going from just "Multichannel" as the parent device for on/off/dimming control, to "Multichannel 8" with 2 tiles for every color.

 

 

Please note that the parent device must be on for the colors to appear when toggled or dimmed, and dimming works from both child and parent devices.
