The ZEN21 should be recognized by Hubitat out of the box because it is officially integrated, but it may need a custom device driver to be able to access all of the advanced settings.
This is product is discontinued and replaced with ZEN71.
First, check if your Hubitat hub is using the latest platform version and that your ZEN21’s firmware is updated. Then, use the instructions below to install a custom device driver for your switch:

Open Hubitat in your browser.

Click on Drivers Code in the side menu.

In the top right corner, click on "+New Driver" and paste the code from the following link. Please click on this link to access the code for the driver, then copy ALL of the code from the page.

Click Save in the top right corner.

You'll see a "Zooz ZEN Switch Advanced" driver in your Drivers Code list now.

Now add your device to Hubitat or if you already have, assign the driver to it by going to the device view and selecting the driver name from the drop-down menu under Device Type. Then click Update Device.

Don't skip this step: Click the Configure button, then Save, and reload the device view or refresh page for all of the new settings to appear.
