How to Configure Motion for Your ZSE40 4-in-1 Sensor on Home Assistant

This is product is discontinued and replaced with ZSE11.

What does that mean?

While the 4-in-1 Sensor is compatible with Home Assistant, it may require some extra configurations to set up motion notifications. 

This may include hiding the binary_sensor created by Home Assistant and creating a new template for the notification sensor. It also looks like most Home Assitant users found it helped to use the _burglar notifications (0 or 8) for motion. The process is better described in this community thread.
