This is product is discontinued and does not have a replacement yet. New product in development. What does that mean?

Follow the auto-inclusion or manual steps to have your Multisiren paired to Home Assistant in no time!

Since Zooz products are officially integrated with the new ZWaveJS integration of Home Assistant, we would recommend first updating to the JS integration then excluding and re-including your Multisiren to your network in order for it to be recognized correctly. This will ensure you have complete access to the advanced settings of your ZSE19.

You can add your MultiSiren to Home Assistant manually or automatically:

To auto-include the device to the system:

  1. Click on the Z-Wave Control Panel in Home Assistant
  2. Click Add Node under Z-Wave Network Management
  3. While the system is in inclusion mode, insert the batteries, making sure they're oriented in the compartment properly. If the unit is already powered, take out the batteries for at least 15 seconds before starting the inclusion process.
  4. The LED indicator will start blinking
  5. Home Assistant will confirm a successful inclusion and the MultiSiren will appear on your device list.

To add the siren to Home Assistant manually:

  1. Click on the Z-Wave Control Panel in Home Assistant
  2. Click Add Node under Z-Wave Network Management
  3. While the system is in inclusion mode, press the Z-Wave button 3 times very quickly (the button is below the battery compartment)
  4. Home Assistant will confirm a successful inclusion.

Once the device has been added to your hub, you'll be able to create rules for it, control it remotely, and customize it via the advanced settings. But if you're having issues adding the device to your network, the first thing to try is exclusion which is a type of Z-Wave reset.
