You've connected the ZEN17 Universal Relay to a power source, but the LED indicator isn't lighting up.
Start by verifying that the USB cable is compatible with the Universal Relay.
Do not use laptop or tablet chargers with the ZEN17, as these devices expect a larger load, and will not activate with the ZEN17.
You can power the ZEN17 with a 12VDC .5 A Power Supply, or instead, use a simple 1A power adapter like the one here.
We also recommend trying out a different USB cable since not all USB C cables are created equal.
If you've tried different cables and it doesn't help, review the wiring diagrams and double check that all the connections are correct. Verify that the connected loads are compatible with the Universal Relay. If you're still unable to find the source of the issue after this, please try factory resetting the ZEN17:
- Click the Z-Wave button 4 times quickly, the LED indicator will light up
- Quickly click the Z-Wave button 4 times again
- The LED indicator will flash 3 times to confirm successful reset and will then turn off
