There is No LED Activity and My ZEN06 Smart Plug Is Unresponsive

This is product is discontinued and replaced with ZEN04.

What does that mean?

You've powered up your ZEN06 Smart Plug and it's not giving anything back. Here's what to try: 

It's never a bad idea to double check that the wall receptacle is powered on and working. Try moving the Smart Plug to another receptacle and pressing the Z-Wave button a few times quickly. If you find that the Smart Plug works, then it's possible the issue is with the first outlet. 

 

Another thing to try is factory reset. Unlike exclusion, this is a hard reset that is performed the same way regardless of your Z-Wave hub. We recommend resetting a device if it's unresponsive or if you're having issues with configuration.

 

Please note that factory reset will erase all previously recorded activity along with any custom settings you had in place. 

 

To reset the ZEN06 Smart Plug, press and hold the Z-Wave button for AT LEAST 20 SECONDS. The LED indicator will be solid yellow for 2 seconds to verify a successful reset. The plug will then automatically turn off.

 

If you noticed the Smart Plug became unresponsive after you connected a device, we also recommend checking here if the device is compatible with the plug.
