Unexpected issues with the ZEN55? If you've tried exclusion, but are still having issues, try a factory reset.
A factory reset will restore the ZEN55 to factory settings and remove it from your hub.
When to perform a factory reset:
- You have tried to exclude the device from your network and it has not resolved the issue
- It is unresponsive to manual and Z-Wave control
A hard reset will erase all custom settings and recorded activity, returning the device to factory defaults.
Steps to factory reset the ZEN55:
- Click the Z-Wave button once and immediately after, press and hold it down for 15 seconds.
- The LED indicator will flash red during the process and turn solid red for 3 seconds to confirm successful reset.
After resetting the unit, try including it to your Z-Wave hub again to see if that helped resolve any issues you were seeing.
