ZOOZ On/Off Switches: ZEN71, ZEN73, ZEN75, ZEN76: What's the Difference?

All these model numbers, but what do they mean? While the ZEN71, ZEN73, ZEN75, and the ZEN76 are all 800 series long range on/off switches that all support S2 security, they have different designs and are intended for specific uses. Check out the comparison below to make the best decision for your unique installation!

Please note that the ZEN73 Toggle Switch is simply the toggle style version of the ZEN76. It has the same load, installation, and wiring requirements as the ZEN76 and is simply different in appearance only.

The ZEN76/73 has a unique, patented design that is much more flexible and easier to install in multi-point control circuits (you just need to replace the switch with direct connection to power and neutral with the ZEN76 Zooz switch and you're done). Because of this design, they use 2 travelers, so there wasn't enough space to make them as powerful as the ZEN71.

The ZEN75 Heavy Duty Switch is a unique model, based on your feedback and requests for a more powerful, diverse switch. Designed to handle demanding applications, this switch is rated for 240V residential installations and 277V commercial set ups, making it ideal for a wide range of heavy-duty use cases. Whether you're managing pool pumps, well pumps, high powered fans, shop lights, or larger loads up to 600W LED,  the ZEN75 delivers robust performance with seamless automation compatibility.
