If you're encountering an issue with your ZSE70, and you've first tried a simple exclude / re-include and it did not resolve your issue, please try a factory reset on the sensor. Please note that a factory reset will erase all previously recorded activity and custom settings from the device’s memory.
In order to complete the process, first make sure the sensor is powered by either battery or 12-24V AC/DC and then:
- hold the Z-Wave button down for at least 10 seconds.
- the LED indicator will start flashing blue and turn solid blue for a couple of seconds to indicate a successful reset.
