This is product is discontinued and replaced with the ZEN04 or ZEN15. What does that mean?
If you've plugged in your ZEN25 Double Plug and find that it's unresponsive to Z-Wave and manual commands, hard reset may help the issue.
Just click-click-click’n’hold the Z-Wave button for at least 10 seconds to reset the unit. Resetting the ZEN25 Double Plug will erase all custom settings and recorded activity except for the kWh record. If you want to erase the kWh record as well, click the Z-Wave button 9 times quickly to erase it from the left outlet, and then click it 10 times quickly to erase it from the right outlet.
After that, try including it to your Z-Wave system again to see if that helped the issue. But if you're not seeing any LED activity once the Double Plug is plugged into a powered receptacle, here's what to try.
