Hard reset can help with a variety of configuration and connectivity issues.
It's also a good idea to try reset if your MultiRelay is unresponsive to manual or Z-Wave commands, especially if exclusion was unsuccessful.
Just remember that hard reset will erase all custom settings and recorded activity, returning the device to factory defaults.
To complete the reset process manually, click the Z-Wave button 4 times quickly, the LED indicator will light up, then quickly click the Z-Wave button 4 times again. The LED indicator will flash 3 times to confirm successful reset and will then turn off.
