Unfortunately, Wink doesn't recognize many of the newer Z-Wave Plus devices based on updated command classes.

It also doesn't support multi-level sensors, like the ZSE18, regardless of brand or Z-Wave version.

If you're looking for a system that's more open and flexible, we'd recommend using looking into SmartThings, Hubitat, or Vera to use with your Motion Sensor.
