How Do I Perform Hard Reset on My ZSE11 Q Sensor?

A factory reset is a good idea if your sensor is unresponsive to commands or shows no LED activity no matter what you try.

You can reset your ZSE11 Q Sensor to factory settings by making sure the sensor is powered, then pressing and holding the Z-Wave button for at least 20 seconds. The LED indicator will start flashing and turn solid on for a couple of seconds to indicate successful reset.

Hard reset will erase all custom settings and recorded activity so that your device is restored to factory settings.

After resetting the sensor, try including it again to your Z-Wave network to see if that helped the issue.

If reset doesn't help or if you have general questions about the process, let us know! We'll be happy to help.
