In case of configuration issues, try factory resetting your ZSE44 sensor.
When to try a factory reset:
- You have already attempted to exclude the sensor from your network
- It does not respond to either manual or Z-Wave control
The hard reset returns the device to its factory defaults, erasing all custom settings and recorded activity.
How to factory reset the ZSE44:
- Power on the sensor
- Click the Z-Wave button three times, holding the third click for 10 seconds. The LED indicator will blink steadily.
- Once the LED becomes solid, within 3 seconds, click the Z-Wave button twice more to finalize the reset.
- The LED indicator will flash 3 times to indicate that the reset was successful
After successfully resetting the ZSE44, include it to your Z-Wave hub. This should resolve the issue.
