Having issues with your stick? Looking to clear the device and restore it to factory settings?
The ZST39 800LR can only be reset by the host software while it’s in SerialAPI mode. The device is reset once an appropriate command from the host software is sent to reset the Z-Wave network. There is no way to manually reset the module without a connection to the host software.
We've included a screenshot from Home Assistant as an example.
NOTE: The process will be different based on how the host software displays the options, so we recommend reaching out to your home automation software support if you are unsure where to locate the reset from your hub software interface. We provide hardware support for the ZST39; if you have a question on how your particular home automation software displays these options, please reach out to your home automation software provider for more details.
1. Under Device Info for the ZST39, click the 3 dots to the right of the blue Update. A drop-down menu will display.
2. Click Factory reset.
