A factory reset could help with any configuration issues your ZEN21 could be experiencing.
This is product is discontinued and replaced with ZEN71.
If you've already tried excluding the device from your network, and your ZEN21 Switch is unresponsive to manual and Z-Wave control, then a factory reset is the next step. A hard reset will erase all custom settings and recorded activity, returning the device to factory defaults.
To factory reset the ZEN21, tap-tap-tap’n’hold the upper paddle for at least 10 seconds. The LED indicator should flash to confirm that reset was successful.
(Earlier versions of the ZEN21 (V1 and V2) were reset via exclusion from your hub, so the above sequence would not apply.)
After resetting the unit, try including it to your Z-Wave hub again to see if that helped resolve any issues you were seeing.
