Factory reset your ZEN23 to help with any configuration issues.
If you've already tried excluding the ZEN23 switch from your network, and it's unresponsive to manual and Z-Wave control, then a factory reset is the next step. A hard reset will erase all custom settings and recorded activity, returning the device to factory defaults.
To factory reset the ZEN23, toggle down-down-down'and'hold for at least 10 seconds.
After resetting the unit, try adding it to your Z-Wave hub again to see if that helped resolve any issues you were seeing.
