This is product is discontinued and replaced with the ZEN74. What does that mean?
A factory reset is helpful if your ZEN24 isn't responsive to any manual or Z-Wave commands.
If you've already tried excluding the Toggle Dimmer from your Z-Wave network, then a factory reset is the next step. This type of reset will erase all custom settings and recorded activity, returning the device to factory defaults.
To factory reset the ZEN24, toggle down-down-down'and'hold for at least 10 seconds.
After resetting the dimmer, try re-including it to your Z-Wave hub again to see if that helped resolve any issues you were seeing.
